Dover went through Y Combinator in 2019, and today 100+ companies use our product to run a better hiring process. We've raised $23M from top VCs and are currently profitable. We're a remote team of 40 with hubs in San Francisco and NYC and a presence in Boston, LA, and DC.
Dover is looking for our first Growth Product Engineer to lead all engineering and product development that happens pre-sale. You'll have founder-level freedom and ownership on our free products. Your work will involve building the foundational growth levers that will help us scale from 100 to 1000+ clients over the next few years.
This is a unique role at the company–you'll report directly to our CEO and work closely with our founders and Chief of Staff.
