Subprocessors

This is Dover's list of subprocessors. A subprocessor is a vendor Staya, Inc., doing business as Dover ("Dover"), engages to process personal data in order to provide the Services.

When a customer is the controller of candidate, applicant, and other hiring data, this is the list of subprocessors Dover uses for that processing. Dover will give customers notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor. The data processing agreement Dover provides on request describes that notice. To receive those notices, email [email protected] with the subject "Subscribe to new Subprocessor notifications".

Dover stores application data in the United States. Dover does not store that data in the European Union. A vendor listed as "Worldwide" operates a network that is not limited to one country. Application data itself remains in the United States.

Accounts a customer connects itself, such as the customer's own Google, Microsoft, Slack, or Zoom account, are not Dover subprocessors. The customer chooses those services and directs what is sent to them.
