Dover Marketplace gives you flexible access to expert recruiters, without the rigidity of traditional agencies or full-time hires.
In March, the average cost per hire in the Marketplace was $4.8K. Hires were primarily for Engineering (33%), Healthcare (31%), and Go-to-Market (29%) roles. For companies comparing recruiting options, the Marketplace offers a cost-effective alternative to agencies or in-house recruiters.

You can now share your interview process with candidates. Choose which interview stages to show, add a public description for each step, and share personalized links with candidates to track their progress.
It’s an easy way to give candidates more visibility into your process while keeping full control over what they see.

Offers can now be managed in Dover. Your team can create reusable offer templates, generate candidate-specific offer letters, and send offers emails with customizable offer email templates.
Once an offer is ready, candidates can review and sign it electronically, and your team can track when it’s signed and download the offer PDF.

We made it easier to keep your candidate pipeline accurate, even when interviews happen outside Dover. You can manually add interviews to a candidate’s profile for tracking, and update both stage and substage as candidates move through the interview process from "Needs scheduling" to "Needs Decision."
That gives your team a clearer view of what candidates next steps are so everyone stays aligned.
