You can multi-select candidates to take actions in bulk: email several candidates at once or move them to a different job when priorities change. Great for quick follow-ups, cleaning up a pipeline, or rerouting candidates to a better-fitting role.

AI Scoring supports Anthropic and Gemini
If you’re using AI Scoring, you now have more model options. Dover supports Anthropic and Gemini for scoring candidates (in addition to OpenAI). This makes it easier to integrate with the AI tools you already use.
