In Q4, we added 7 experienced startup recruiters to the Marketplace, each bringing 10– 20+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across teams from pre-seed to post-IPO.
They’ve recruited for a wide range of companies including: Meta, Coder, Uber, Rivian, Indiegogo, Motive, unitQ, Neon, Betterment, Teach For America, and more.

Bulk sourcing
Got a list of candidates you want to contact? You can now send outreach to multiple candidates at once, making it dramatically faster to contact stellar candidates. Simply select an outreach campaign, upload a CSV, and candidates will automatically be added to the email sequence.
Email sending improvements
We’ve added clear badges showing when emails are scheduled. You can now:
