Meet Recruiters
On the homepage, the new Tasks section displays all your hiring to-dos. See mentions, interview feedback requests, and advance/reject actions across all your jobs. Tasks are organized into three sections:
My Tasks (notes you're tagged in and interview feedback to submit)
Team Tasks (advancing or rejecting candidates)
All Tasks (admin view of all outstanding tasks)
Tasks are sorted by most recent and show which team member is responsible, making it easy to prioritize what needs to be done next and who needs to do it.

New reporting and analytics
Reporting and analytics got a glow up with clearer graphs and better options, including:
Job Report Metrics - overview of all active jobs and hiring pipeline metrics
Hires - see all hires by channel (referral, applied) and source (LinkedIn, Careers Page)
Candidate Report - see all candidates across all roles
All your hiring data is now in one place and easier to understand than ever.

Auto-score applicants
Last month, we launched AI-powered applicant scoring. Now we've made it even better with auto-scoring. When enabled, new applicants are automatically scored as soon as they apply — no need to manually re-score batches of applicants.

When applicants apply, they can now drag and drop their resume and Dover will auto-fills names and emails
Sourcing outreach campaigns are automatically generated when you create a new job. Add a job description and an additional outreach draft is created using AI
