Andrea joined the Dover team in February of 2021 and was the seventh Interviewer on the Interview Specialist team. She was promoted to Team Lead in October of 2021 and now leads a team of three. She loves talking to people and learning about different industries and roles. Andrea has been a dedicated interviewer with several companies and enjoys getting to know Hiring Managers on a more personal level.
