What I love about interviewing
I love people. Getting the chance to interview someone about what they do, where they've been, and where they'd like to go is really exciting to me. Being a Dover Interviewer gives me a unique chance to learn about the world and a host of different industries and verticals. Working with founders and hiring managers is also incredibly rewarding to me--there's something so satisfying about helping a customer better define what they're looking for, helping them create a strategic plan to get it, and then executing it.
