Trevor is a highly skilled and experienced recruiting leader known for his significant contributions to scaling companies. His most recent full-time role was with Discord, where he played a pivotal role in expanding their team from 150 to 1,000 employees. Trevor began his career at the agency level, working with a wide range of early-stage companies, which paved the way for his transition into an in-house recruiting leader. This shift allowed him to develop a strong partnership with organizations and their leadership.

While Trevor’s expertise is primarily in technical recruiting, he has successfully recruited for General and Administrative (G&A) as well as executive positions.
