Courtney has over 9 years of recruiting experience, focused mainly on technical roles including ML, CV, Data Science, Backend, Frontend, Full Stack & Mobile Engineers. Most recently, she was a Technical Recruiting Manager at Uber focused largely on recruitment strategies and process optimization for North America Engineering. Prior to that, she played a pivotal role in growing Uber’s self-driving division both pre and post IPO, which later went on to be acquired.
