What I love about interviewing
The best part of being on the Dover interviewer team is that is provides me with a complete prospective on candidates. I also work on the Recrutiment Coordinator team and I handle the bulk of written candidate communications. Adding in the interviewer prospective to my recruitment coordinator work provides additional insight that allows me to to enhance the candidate experience. I also really enjoy seeing the people I interview complete the candidate cycle and land new jobs.
