Ashley has been an interviewer with Dover since the fall of 2021, interviewing scores of candidates acrosss a myriad of functions, roles, and industries. Noted for her ability to lead with empathy and make candidates feel comfortable in the interview process, she excels at unearthing gems about candidates and selling the value of the companies she supports in turn. Currently based in Philadelphia, Ashley is a Boston native who has prior expereince in classical music, admin, executive assisting, and government relations. Outside of work she can be found pouring over her new book, attempting to pick up some kind of new craft, spending time with her sisters, and playing Diablo IV.
What I love about interviewing
As the daughter of two salespeople, I love the part of our job that includes selling these companies to the prospective candidates, getting to know some of the most cutting edge new and established companies in tech. Additionally, I'm a notorious people person and love getting to know candidates in first rounds. It can be a stressful part of any job search, and I love being the first person they meet for a prospective company. My goal is to match the overall voice and tone of the company while also providing a space where these candidates can feel comfortable and speak to a friendly person. I excel in building relationships with others and love getting to the heart of what a company is seeking in its culture, interview processes, and candidates.
