About You

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to act as a strategic thought partner as well to help build out our team during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you’ll not only be responsible for developing pipelines of top-tier talent and managing full-cycle recruiting processes for roles at all levels of the company, not helping shape customer interactions and offerings, as well as providing valuable product feedback.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leadership to define a long term growth strategy for success and execute on hiring goals
  • Partner with product and customer success to incorporate recruiting best practices into day to day customer interactions, sales offerings, strategy, and our user interface.
  • Utilize data and metrics to understand your candidate funnel and identify trends and opportunities to drive continuous improvement
  • Proactively develop and own strategic initiatives to support the company’s growth plans

What We’re Seeking

Must Have
  • Have experience with sourcing and recruiting technical talent
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced (ideally start-up) environment
  • Desire to partner across functions to bring recruiting best practices to live through our product and customer interactions
  • Have 5+ years of industry experience
  • US work authorization preferred, but can work with all candidates on a case by case basis
  • You'll need to be able to work remotely from the US
