Dover is building the first end-to-end recruiting orchestration platform for the world's top companies. We combine best-in-class candidate evaluation technology with bespoke process automation to help companies find and hire top talent for their open roles.

Recruiting is a $50B/year industry in the US, but recruiting departments and agencies still have incredibly manual processes.

We've built a better way. Our advanced matching software identifies the perfect candidates across all recruiting channels and drives the hiring process to create a seamless, white-glove experience for both companies and candidates.

Dover went through Y Combinator in 2019, and today 100+ companies use our product to run a better hiring process. We've raised $23M from top VCs and are currently profitable. We're a remote team of 40 with hubs in San Francisco and NYC and a presence in Boston, LA, and DC.

The Role

Dover is building out our Marketing team. As one of the first in the function, you'll have an outsized impact on our brand and a unique opportunity for ownership.

Your day to day work will involve writing long-form blog content to post across multiple publications. You'll be an integral part of our growth journey, testing social channels and strategies that maximize our brand awareness and eventually convert to sales. You'll produce and monitor content across social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), the Dover blog and the Dover newsletter in addition to creating infographics, visuals, and sales enablement for our team. An incredible storyteller, you'll be able to pull data from the Dover Brain and find compelling ways to share it with our audience.

The Responsibilities

  • Establish strategies and metrics to accelerate our growth
  • Manage our paid marketing spend across Facebook, Google, and other channels
  • Manage our social media and content output
  • Grow and support our direct sales and channel operations with tools, content, and other enablement
  • Work with our product team to establish initiatives that will help drive growth and support launches

About You

  • Have a bachelor's degree
  • Have 3+ years of experience on a cross-functional B2B marketing team
  • Have 1-2+ years of experience in content and/or performance marketing
  • Have hands-on experience executing and analyzing results of marketing experiments
  • Bonus: SQL experience

Dover is hiring remotely across the US and US-friendly timezones.

We prefer candidates in San Francisco, CA but will make exceptions for particularly strong candidates across the US and Canada.
