The Role

Dover is looking to grow our team of Customer Success Managers.

Your day to day work will involve interfacing with founders, CEOs, and CTOs of some of the fastest-growing companies in the world. Through owning onboarding, helping customers refine their talent searches, and working inside of the Dover product, you'll nurture successful relationships and help customers get the most value out of the Dover product.

This role combines account management, product operations/management, and relationship building. Customer Success Managers champion the needs of our customers and work cross-functionally with our entire team. As someone working both strategically and tactically with our customers, you'll be in the best position to gain insights on our product and market — helping us to shape our roadmap and make improvements across the business.

The Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and work with them to develop plans to successfully meet their hiring objectives
  • Own the customer journey by educating customers on the Dover product and coaching them through their recruiting efforts
  • Create and closely monitor metrics to increase the value customers receive from Dover
  • Work with product and engineering functions to surface customer requests and help translate customer feedback into product requirements
  • Work cross-functionally to drive strategic projects in operations, hiring and customer experience and with sales and marketing on relevant upsell and retention campaigns
  • Act as a customer advocate and build playbooks and best practices to help the team scale
  • Build a strong rapport and trust with our customers

About You

  • Have a bachelor's degree
  • Have 4+ years of customer-facing experience, such as in a customer success, consulting, sales, or account management capacity
  • Have strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Have a high sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously
  • Have high EQ and interpersonal skills and can build relationships with people at various level of tenure
  • Can move quickly and adapt to ever-changing requirements in a high-velocity environment
  • Are thorough and drive projects to completion
